QUEENS — A man hailed a livery cab in Hollis and punched the driver in the face, before fleeing with $200, police said Monday.

The 50-year-old driver picked up the man on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 3:20 p.m. on the corner of 195th Street and Jamaica Avenue, officials said.

Once inside, the suspect punched the driver in the face and then punched the car's windshield, police said.

He then stole $200 from the driver and fled east on Jamaica Avenue, according to the NYPD.
