BROOKLYN — Longtime Brooklyn Heights deli Lassen and Hennigs will expand with a second location in DUMBO.

The new deli will be located at 177 Water St., between Jay and Pearl streets, co-owner Thomas Calfa told Community Board 2’s health committee this week.

Unlike the original deli at 114 Montague St., the new spot will features tables where customers can sit down and eat. The DUMBO location also plans sell beer that customers can drink with their meals.

The committee voted unanimously to recommend Lassen and Hennigs for a liquor license at the DUMBO outpost.

Calfa, who runs the 67-year-old business with his brother Chris, owns the landmarked, four-story building at 177 Water St., according to Brooklyn Paper.

The new shop will be located on the building’s first floor, under three apartment units, the paper reported.

The Calfas could not immediately be reached for comment Friday.
