CLINTON HILL — A group of boys as young as 12 robbed two men within half an hour on the same neighborhood street — one of the attacks was captured by video surveillance, police said.

The suspects, who police say are between 12 and 15 years old, first robbed a 35-year-old man at 9:10 p.m. Sunday near Willoughby Avenue and Ryerson Street, according to the NYPD.

The boys approached the man from behind and hit him in the back of the head and face, causing swelling, cuts and bruises, police said.

The suspects took the man’s cellphone, worth $500, before fleeing, police said.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene, police said.

Just 30 minutes later, the boys attacked a 28-year-old man who was walking near Willoughby and Washington avenues, police said.

They struck the man on the back of the head and kicked him in the face, elbow and leg, causing swelling, cuts and bruises, the NYPD said.

The teens took the man’s cellphone, also worth $500, before running away, police said.

Police did not say whether the second victim required medical attention.

No arrests have been made.

Video surveillance from one of the incidents taken from a security camera at Willoughby Towers shows the suspects surrounding and attacking the victim.

Some of the suspects can be seen wearing shirts tied around their faces, while one of them was carrying a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle backpack, the video shows.
