DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A man was shot in the torso in a drive-by outside a CUNY building Thursday night, police said.
The 21-year-old man, whose name wasn't immediately released, was shot by somebody in a four-door sedan driving past 25 Chapel St., near Jay Street, about 8 p.m., NYPD officials said.
He was treated at Methodist Hospital where he's listed in stable condition, police said.
There were no immediate arrests, police said.
