ALLERTON — Police have identified a suspect in the drunken shooting of a manager at a Bronx restaurant early on Friday.

Officers are looking to question 59-year-old Carlos Oshoa about the assault, according to the NYPD.

Police suspect Oshoa of walking into El Rey De Copas at 2712 White Plains Rd. around 1 a.m on Friday and demanding that a waitress serve him drinks.

He began to harass the waitress after she refused to do so, and she called over her manager to handle the situation, according to police.

Oshoa allegedly then shot the manager in the neck and chest and fled the scene.

The manager went to Jacobi Hospital and is in stable condition, police said.

Oshoa, who stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has black hair and might be wearing glasses, has four priors dating back to 1981, including an arrest for murder in 1985, according to the NYPD.

He has also been charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
