FORT GREENE — A subway performer hit a straphanger in the face with a portable radio after the two got into an argument aboard a Q train last week, police said.

The 32-year-old victim was riding the southbound train near the Atlantic Avenue subway station around 5:20 p.m. on July 2 when he got into an argument with two men who were dancing on the train, according to a police report.

One of the men hit the victim in the face with a portable radio when the victim tried to grab him, while the other performer punched the victim in the head, police said.

The suspects, who had gotten on at the DeKalb Avenue station, fled on foot at the Atlantic Avenue stop, police said.

Police said the victim suffered pain and swelling on the left side of his face.

No arrests have been made.
