The boy was walking into the Lafayette Avenue A/C station, at Fulton Street and South Portland Avenue, at 4 p.m. on June 10 when the suspect approached him and put him in a headlock, according to the NYPD.

The suspect repeatedly asked the boy, “Where do you live?” according to police.

He then grabbed the boy’s iPhone and took off, police said.

The boy refused medical attention at the scene, police said.

Police did not release a description of the suspect.
