QUEENS — A man was fatally shot in the head while sitting in his car in St. Albans Sunday evening, police said.
Christopher Dawson, 24, was shot in his four-door sedan outside 188-24 Mangin Ave., near Hannibal Street, about 7:24 p.m., police said.
Dawson, of Queens, was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital minutes before 8 p.m., police said.
There were no immediate arrests and police didn't release any description of who was behind the shooting.
The circumstances of the shooting weren't immediately clear, NYPD officials said.
