DUMBO — Neighborhood favorite Lizzmonade is coming back to Brooklyn Bridge Park this spring.

The concession stand, which has been at Pier 1 since 2014, beat out several other businesses that sent in proposals to replace it after BBP put out a Request for Proposals last month.

"We're super psyched that they're coming back because we love them and they're so popular,” said BBP spokeswoman Belinda Cape.

Cape said about eight other businesses responded to the RFP, which was released as a matter of procedure following the end of Lizzmonade’s license term.

"We have a good following," Lizzmonade owner Lizzette Pagan said. "The park saw that and valued that."

The stand, which is currently closed for the 2015 season, will reopen sometime in April with a new line of juices.

Pagan, who grew up in Brooklyn, said the new line would start off with three juice blends, including a detox lemonade, a kale juice and a carrot juice.

"Hopefully that will appeal to the early morning joggers," she said.

The stand will continue to sell its trademark lemonades, coffee, tea and snacks through the end of the season, which will be sometime in October or November.

Lizzmonade is a "tried and true performer" at Pier 1, according to Cape. The stand made an average monthly revenue of $49,000 in 2014 and $67,500 in 2015.
