FORT GREENE — Police discovered a massive stash of guns, heroin, cash, ATVs and dirt bikes in Fort Greene after tracking a man who was riding his off-road vehicle on the sidewalk.

During the investigation of the ATV rider — the circumstances of which were unclear — police were alerted to a storage unit at 1 Carlton Ave. On July 14, they executed a search warrant there.

Inside, they found several guns including a .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver containing six rounds of ammunition, a .25 caliber semi-automatic Tanfoglio Giuseppe containing five rounds, a .38 caliber Intratec containing two rounds and a 9mm Hi-Point semi-automatic containing a magazine with eight rounds, according to the NYPD.

They also confiscated 14 ATVs and dirt bikes, police said. It is unclear if the vehicles were registered.

Police also performed a search of a 2007 Nissan Altima, and found 500 bags of heroin and $8,000 cash in the car, according to police. The location of the car was unclear.

Edwin Rodriguez, 22, Noel Tavarez, 26 and Pablo Soto, 21, were arrested on July 16 and charged with possession of weapons and controlled substances in connection with the recovered items, police said.
