DUMBO — Oscar winner Anne Hathaway recently put her loft in the DUMBO Clocktower Building on the market for $4.25 million, 6sqft reported.
The 2,592-square-foot loft, located at 1 Main St., is newly renovated and includes panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge and Manhattan skyline, according to a real estate listing at Town Residential.
The two-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment also has a dining room, living room, sitting room and office. The master suite has three closets and bathroom with a deep soaking tub and large shower, according to the listing.
The building, constructed in 1916 and converted to condos in 1998, sports amenities like a bike room, garage, gym, and common roof deck, the listing noted.
Real estate agents Steven Gold and Chris Whelan did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
