Downtown Brooklyn Luxury High-Rise Offers Poker Room and Zen Garden

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — Units are up for lease at a luxury high-rise in Downtown Brooklyn where amenities include a poker room, an arcade and a game room.

66 Rockwell, a 42-story tower at 66 Rockwell Place, offers studios starting at $2,400 a month, one-bedrooms for $3,300 a month and two-bedrooms starting at $4,930 a month.

“We are delighted to be the newest addition to this vibrant community, providing tenants with the ultimate lifestyle experience in the heart of a thriving cultural district,” Drew Spitler of the Dermot Company said in a statement. “At 66 Rockwell, we strive to provide our tenants with not just a home, but an extensive amount of amenities and activities to make life fun and exciting.”

The building includes an outdoor fire pit and projector screen, dog-walking services, a fully stocked library and a zen garden. It also features a Stone Street Coffee Co. coffee bar, a health club and a rooftop deck with barbecue grills and a picnic area.

The rentals at 66 Rockwell will be ready for move-in immediately and amenities will be available for use in the spring, officials said.
