BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — The rooftop isn't the only thing that's sky-high in the Brooklyn Bridge Park condo.

New waterfront Pierhouse development's high-end condos will start at $1.5 million for a one-bedroom and go up to $11 million for a five-bedroom, according to numbers released by developer Toll Brothers, DUMBONYC reported.

The 159-unit condo and hotel building will offer sweeping views of the Lower Manhattan skyline, along with amenities including a yoga and meditation studio, two fitness centers, a "pet wash" and on-site valet parking.

One-bedroom apartments will range from $1.5 million to $2.5 million for 1,000 to 1,800 square feet of space, according to DUMBONYC. Two-bedrooms will cost up to $5 million, three-bedrooms will cost up to $6.5 million and four-bedrooms will range from $4.25 million to $7 million, DUMBONYC said.

Five-bedroom units — which will offer 4,200 to 4,900 square feet of space — are priced at $6.75 million to $11 million.

Residents will also be able to use amenities at the adjacent 1 Hotel, including a rooftop swimming pool, a spa, a farm-to-table restaurant, a spa and a juice bar, according to Curbed.

The hotel and condos are expected to open in the fall of 2015.
