CLINTON HILL — Chris Rock's renovated carriage house with massive living room, two-car garage, private guest suite, garden, patio, wood-burning fireplace and bar is no joke.
The three-story house just hit the rental market for $7,950 a month.
And that's a deal considering the price went down from its February price tag of $9,750, according to Curbed.
Chris Rock purchased the 4,480 square foot home in the mid-90's for $370,000 in a neighborhood where houses this size are now selling for over $1 million dollars, according to the Trulia Luxe Living blog.
The blog notes that the funnyman's house is unique for "its historic characteristics, and unusual generous dimensions that allow for a working, living and entertaining space with no equal in the vicinities."
The house is located at 239 Waverly Ave. in Clinton Hill.
