NEW YORK — A man was shot in the neck in Downtown Brooklyn Monday afternoon, officials said.
The man was shot about 2:20 p.m. at 175 Willoughby St., an FDNY spokesman said.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital in serious condition, the spokesman said.
The NYPD did not immediately have information about the incident.
