DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — 99 problems and the traffic is one.

Drivers shouldn’t even think of maneuvering through Downtown Brooklyn streets Friday night, as a Jay-Z concert is expected to draw 20,000 fans to the newly constructed Barclays Center.

New York City traffic expert Gridlock Sam advises motorists to take public transportation or take another route.

To avoid traffic mayhem, take subway lines 2, 3, 4, 5, C, D, B, N, Q, R or G which stop at the arena or are within walking distance.

Heavy traffic is expected throughout the weekend with Atlantic Antic, one of the city’s biggest street fairs closing Atlantic Avenue and Jay-Z at Barclays Center concerts Saturday and Sunday nights.

The Barclays Center lineup includes a series of Jay-Z shows from Sept. 28 - 30, as well as Justin Bieber on Nov. 12 and Barbra Streisand on Oct. 11 and 13.
