BROOKLYN — Cops released video Thursday of a bungling burglar who stole a laptop from an office in Vinegar Hill.
The suspect was captured on tape looking bewildered in a 20th floor office at 68 Jay St. Tuesday about 4:15 a.m., police said.
He allegedly gained access to the office by breaking through the sheetrock in the ceiling, cops said.
The alleged burglar snatched a laptop computer and fled through an exit door.
