QUEENS — Police are asking for the public's help in trying to find a missing teen who vanished from her Queens Village home on Sunday.

Nadaysia McWhite, 16, has not been seen or heard from since leaving her Springfield Boulevard home Sunday at 6 p.m., police said.

The NYPD released her photo Monday.

McWhite is described as being 5-feet-2 and about 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and was wearing black pants, a black-hooded coat and black Ugg boots.

Police said she suffers from poor mental health.

Cops are urging anyone with information about McWhite's disappearance to contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
