MANHATTAN — An arrest warrant was issued for Knicks’ player Eddy Curry by a Chicago judge on Thursday, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Curry is in hot water for failing to pay the remainder of a settlement reached after he allegedly had sex with an underage girl, a source told the Sun-Times.

Curry reportedly promised to pay $660,000 and both sides agreed not to speak of the case publicly. The trouble came when he missed the final payment of $197, 495 and the alleged victim went back to the judge.

Curry’s lawyer told the Daily News he was working out a payment plan with the woman and hoped to get the warrant dismissed.

"Luckily for us, we were able to reach an agreement in principal," Mark Belongia told the News. "I'm happy to report an amicable resolution. I anticipate this will be a nonissue very shortly."
