The Red Hook Community Justice Center will once again serve as a pop-up enrollment site. 

Upper East Siders will have a chance to apply for the IDNYC card at Webster Library through July 16.

The center will be located in the Spring Bank at 69 E. 167th St. from June 23 to July 8.
