Prosecutors in the trial of Ahmad Khan Rahimi presented their closing argument on Thursday afternoon.

Three people who were on West 23rd Street when the bomb went off testified on the third day of trial.

The U.S. Department of Justice released the videos on the second day of Ahmad Khan Rahimi's trial.

Two others were also seriously hurt, but listed in stable condition, officials said.

The Medical Examiner will determine how the 44-year-old man died, police said.

Lawyers for Ahmad Khan Rahimi say there "has been (and continues to be) prejudicial pretrial publicity."

He was arrested at the corner of 23rd Street and Eighth Avenue, police said.

After the woman declined and walked away, she realized her iPhone 5s was missing, police said.

Ahmad Khan Rahimi tried to kill officers as they arrested him in Linden, New Jersey, officials said.

Ahmad Khan Rahimi's trial will take place on March 27, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

"They're like bumper-to-bumper going through the neighborhood," CB4 member Walter Mankoff said.

Ahmad Rahami was brought to the city on charges in the attack that hurt about 30 people, officials said.
