MANHATTAN — Amanda Lepore, the transgendered performance artist and fixture of Manhattan's nightclub and fashion scenes, was not chosen this week to sit on a jury.

DNAinfo snapped a photo of Lepore on Monday outside the 111 Centre St. courthouse.  After two days of showing up for jury duty she was dismissed.

Two days is the normal term of service for a potential juror who is not picked to serve on a case.

Lepore is known as a muse for photographer Dave LaChapelle, who's also taken famous photos of Lady Gaga, Alexander McQueen and Andre 3000.

Lepore's manager could not be reached for comment.
