The victim was struck by the vehicle near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway in Woodside, the FDNY said.
The baby girl was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in good health, police said.
Nineteen firefighters were among the injured in the three-alarm blaze, officials said.
No one was injured at the fire at 244 W. 72nd St. Monday morning, officials said.
