EAST NEW YORK  — Newly released surveillance footage shows two men suspected of gunning down a man and woman in a parked car in East New York, according to a police report.

The security footage, captured near the site where Devon Hannibal, 27, and Christine Stubbs, 23, were shot to death early on Friday morning, shows the two suspects just after the double murder took place, police said.

Hannibal and Stubbs were sitting in a red Dodge Durango at Cleveland Street and Linden Boulevard at about 4:40 a.m. Friday after leaving a party at a nearby club, when a gunman approached the driver’s side window and blasted at least 13 shots into the car, riddling Hannibal with bullets and killing Stubbs with a single stray shot, police said.

Both victims were found dead in the car, and police have not yet announced a known motive for the crime.

In one of the videos, a single man is shown walking past 799 Stanley Ave., about two blocks away from the scene of the double murder, shortly after the incident police said.

The second clip shows that man joined by another unidentified suspect as they stroll past the corner of Elton Street and Stanley Avenue just after the murders, and a third clip shows an unidentified SUV backing up away from the location of the shooting just before Hannibal and Stubbs were murdered, according to police.
