'I'm Going to Kill You All,' Attacker Tells 74-Year-Old Man, Police Say

CROWN HEIGHTS — A 37-year-old man walked up to a 74-year-old man on the street, grabbed him and threatened "to kill you all," police said.

Colin Esposito, 37, grabbed the elderly man on the corner of Kingston and Lefferts avenues at about 3 p.m. on June 18 and held him tightly so that he “could not move,” court documents said.

He then said “I’m going to kill you all,” let go of the man, punched him on the forehead and then said again “I’m going to kill all of you.”

The 74-year-old was not seriously hurt in the incident and refused medical attention at the scene, police said.

Esposito was arrested, charged with assault, attempted assault, menacing and harassment and is being held on $10,000 bail. His next court date is June 23; his legal representative from Brooklyn Defender Service could not be reached for comment.
