CHARLESTON — The television show "Blindspot" will film an explosion inside a Charleston park Friday night, officials said.

Crews for the show will film the controlled blast from 7 to 10 p.m. inside Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve, according to the NYPD and the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment.

"Blindspot" airs on NBC and stars Jaimie Alexander as a mysterious tattooed woman trying to figure out her identify.

The show previously filmed in Clinton Hill and set off a 25-foot high fireball in Sunnyside last year.
