BOERUM HILL — NYPD officials released footage Thursday of four teenagers who, along with about 16 others, beat and robbed a 17-year-old girl on Fourth Avenue earlier this month, they said.
The quartet, who are all between 15 and 17, and the larger group surrounded the girl and punched her in the face outside 88A Fourth Ave., near St. Marks Place, about 7 p.m. on Jan. 12, police said.
They punched her in the back of the head and knocked her to the ground before dragging her across the concrete, police said.
They stole her Apple headphones and Samsung Galaxy, but then dropped the phone as they fled into a Fourth Avenue entrance to the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Station, police said.
The victim was treated for cuts and bruises to her face and lower back at an area hospital, police said.
None had been arrested as of Friday morning, police said.
One boy wore a dark hoodie, dark jeans and sported red hair, police said.
One girl had a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and black and white Jordan sneakers.
Another wore a purple hooded jacket, blue jeans and purple sneakers.
And another wore a white tank top, black pants with a white stripe running down the leg.
