CROWN HEIGHTS — Police have charged two men in connection with the fatal shooting of a homeless man on Eastern Parkway last week.

Tarrence Webb, 26, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon for fatally shooting Cosmos Charles, 31, in the face and buttocks following an argument on Lincoln Place about 8:50 p.m. Nov. 1, police said.

Charles, who lived in a homeless shelter about a block from the intersection, died at the scene, the NYPD said.

Webb was arrested Tuesday and was awaiting arraignment Wednesday afternoon.

Dexter Mason, 31, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution for disposing of the gun, according to the Brooklyn DA’s Office.

He was arrested Nov. 3 and ordered held on $20,000 bail at his arraignment.
