BROOKLYN — A man died Tuesday, six days after he was shot in the head about a block from Prospect Park, police said.

Yearidin Gordon, 33, managed to cling to life for nearly a week after he was gunned down in a shooting outside 87 Woodruff Ave., near St. Paul Place, about 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 7, NYPD officials said.

Graphic video shows people milling about on Woodruff Avenue and then scattering as Gordon abruptly drops to the ground.

Gordon, of Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital on Tuesday, police said.

It wasn't immediately clear what sparked the shooting and investigators had made no arrests as of Thursday morning, police said.
