FLATBUSH — A man was critically injured after he was shot in the head about a block from Prospect Park, police said.
The 33-year-old, whose name wasn't immediately released, was shot outside 87 Woodruff Ave., near St. Paul Place, about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, an NYPD spokesman said.
Video from the scene shows a group of people scattering and then the victim suddenly dropping to the ground.

The victim was listed in critical condition at Kings County Hospital, police said.
It wasn't immediately clear what sparked the shooting.
There were no immediate arrests.
