BROOKLYN — A man with "TEAM USA" tattooed to his forehead was arrested Tuesday, two days after he masturbated on a Manhattan-bound 2 train for 30 minutes, police said.
Michael Pope, 19, surrendered to police and faces public lewdness charges, an NYPD spokesman said.
Pope, who lives in Central Harlem, boarded a 2 train in Crown Heights about 4 p.m. Sunday and masturbated while staring at a 29-year-old woman on board, police said.
She took a photo of him and gave it to police, officials said.
He was recently arrested on Nov. 13 for petit larceny and again on Dec. 18 for criminal trespassing, police said.
