Because he’s happy doing security?

A man guarding an armored vehicle on Seventh Avenue, near West 53rd Street, was spotted sporting a hat similar to the one Pharrell Williams famously wore to the Grammys in 2014.

The worker had a big smile on his face while rocking the striking accessory.

It was not known if the guard was carting cash to or from the Brinks armored car while wearing the hat or if he just wanted to give his coworker a quick laugh.

Pharell auctioned his hat in 2014 for $44,100.

Fast-food chain Arby’s was the purchaser in that deal, so we’re pretty sure this is not the real one, but you never know.
