BRONX — Police arrested a man on Thursday suspected of groping three boys inside of Seton Falls Park from August to October.
The first incident occurred on Aug. 8, about 1:15 p.m., when Greg Boyden, 33, approached a 13-year-old boy inside the park and offered him money to carry his bag, according to police. When the boy helped him, Boyden grabbed his buttocks, the NYPD said.
On Sept. 17, Boyden once again offered money, this time to a 15-year-old boy, to carry his bags. After the boy agreed, Boyden led him to an isolated area in the park where he exposed himself, began to masturbate and then sexually abused the child, police said.
The last case reported was on Oct. 3, where Boyden grabbed a 12-year-old boy by the arm and pulled him into a wooded area where he tugged on his own waist band, police said.
Boyden, 37, was arrested and charged with sex abuse, forcible touching, act in a manner injurious to a child, public lewdness and unlawful imprisonment by police for the three incidents, the NYPD said.
During the investigation, police also linked Boyden to an Aug. 1 incident where he sent a photo of his genitals to a 13-year-old boy, then called him and offered him money for sex, the NYPD said.
Boyden was charged with indecent material to minors, act in a manner injurious to a child and aggravated harassment by police for this incident.
