EAST ELMHURST — Another coyote was spotted in Queens Thursday morning near LaGuardia Airport — one of several recent sightings in the city, officials said.

A postal worker spotted the coyote near 82nd Street and Ditmars Boulevard at roughly 2 a.m., according to Port Authority Police

The animal ran towards Elmjack Field when police arrived and hasn't been seen since, Port Authority Police said.

The NYPD did not have information about the sighting.

The coyote is the third one spotted in Queens this spring. Authorities captured one in Middle Village last week, while another that wandered onto the roof of a bar in Long Island City in March remains, presumably, on the lam.

A coyote was also caught in Chelsea in mid-April and there were two other sightings in Riverside Park a few days later.

Experts say coyote sightings will become more frequent in New York City as they're drawn in by its many park spaces.
