NEW YORK CITY — During his State of the City address Tuesday, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced plans to expand ferry service across the five boroughs.

Set to launch in 2017, the new routes will include Astoria, South Brooklyn, the Lower East Side, Soundview in The Bronx and Rockaway Beach. A single ferry ride will cost the same amount as a subway ride.

DNAinfo New York wants to hear what you have to say. Take our survey and tell us if you will use the new ferry service.
