CROWN HEIGHTS — A 17-year-old was arrested in the stabbing of three men, one fatally, in Lincoln Terrace Park last week, police said.

Wade Wilson, of East Flatbush, was arrested Saturday by officers in the 77th Precinct and charged with fatally stabbing Josais Masson, 18, and wounding two others, police said.

Police found Masson with a stab wound to the chest at the corner of Buffalo and East New York avenues on the southeast corner of the park just before midnight on June 23, officials said. He was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital. Two other men, ages 17 and 21, were found at the same place with stab wounds, but they survived, police said.

Police said the stabbing was sparked by an argument between Wilson and the trio at the park at 10:30 p.m. Wilson, who lives near the park, left the site but returned an hour later and stabbed them, sources said.

Wilson was expected to be arraigned on charges of murder and weapons possession, police said. His attorney could not be reached for comment.

In recent months, the commanding officer of the 77th Precinct has designated the park — which is on the border of four precincts and is often targeted as a hotspot for crime — an “Impact Zone,” placing more officers there on late-afternoon and evening shifts to deter crime.
