THE BRONX — Police are on the hunt for a man who they say groped at least nine girls, some as young as 12, on the streets of The Bronx since February, police said.

The suspect, who has a scar below his right eye, groped girls between the ages of 12 and 21 during the morning hours, according to the NYPD. The attacks took place in Wakefield, Edenwald, Williamsbridge and Baychester, according to the NYPD.

In the latest attack on June 11, the man, who's believed to be about 20, groped a 12-year-old girl on Schieffelin Avenue about 8:30 a.m., police said.

This came nearly four months to the day since he started the spree on Feb. 13, police said.  In the February case, he is suspected of touching a 14-year-old girl as she walked to the train on Eastchester Road.

None of the victims sustained any physical injuries in the attacks, police said.

The suspect, who stands about 5-foot-10-inches tall, was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
