CROWN HEIGHTS — A man was killed early Wednesday morning when a gunman opened fire on him and a woman as they sat in a car on President Street, cops said.
George Smith, 34, a Brooklyn resident, was in the driver's seat when he was shot in the head about 12:45 a.m. in front of 1724 President St., according to NYPD.
A 38-year-old woman, who was sitting in the passenger seat, was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition with a graze wound to her head, police said.
No arrests have been made.
The circumstances of the shooting remain unclear.
