CITY ISLAND — A body was found off the coast of City Island Tuesday afternoon.
The dead man was found in the water at 2:35 p.m. outside of 150 City Island Ave., an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Police and officials with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner were on the scene. The man was not immediately identified, and authorities said the investigation was ongoing.
