BROWNSVILLE — Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man who allegedly snatched an iPhone from a subway rider on the L train in March.

Cops released a photo of the suspect, who allegedly grabbed the phone out of the hands of a 29-year-old woman at 12:30 a.m. on March 27 as the L train pulled into the Atlantic Avenue station.

The suspect snatched the phone, then fled through the train's doors before it left the station, police said. The victim wasn't injured.

The suspect was described as a man between 19 and 21 years old.
