BRONX — A teen was shot and killed by police in the Wakefield section of The Bronx Thursday afternoon, police said.

Ramarley Graham, 18, was being pursued by a team of police officers who wanted to stop him for an unknown reason about 3 p.m., the NYPD said.

After he was approached on White Plains Road and East 228th Street, he fled to his home at 749 E. 229th St.

Police gave chase and got into a struggle with Graham on the second floor of the building.

During the melee, cops fired one shot, hitting the teen in the chest, police said.

Graham was taken to Montefiore Hospital and pronounced dead.

No police officers were injured in the incident, according to cops.
