MANHATTAN — Could a stroll down an aisle be all it takes to break the steely facade of a former president?

Probably so, says Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says.

It will be "a major accomplishment" if her husband, former Commander in Chief Bill Clinton, doesn't break down when he gives away Chelsea Clinton, the political pair's only child, later this month at her wedding, Hillary Clinton said during a recent NBC interview.

"You should assume that if he makes it down the aisle in one piece, it's a major accomplishment," the mother-of-the-bride said during an interview aired on the "Today Show." "He's going to be so emotional, as am I."

Hillary Clinton spoke to NBC's Andrea Mitchell Sunday, revealing little about the super-secret nuptials of her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, 30.

"My lips are sealed. i am under very strict orders to not talk about it," she said.

The wedding is reportedly set for July 31 at a Rhinebeck, N.Y., estate. The groom, 32-year-old Marc Mezvinsky, is the investment banker son of a former Democratic congressman and former Democratic congresswoman.
