Downtown Docket: Sharpton's Family Quiet in Court

Al Sharpton's ex-wife and daughter kept quiet in court Monday, but were accused of shouting obscenities at police during a traffic stop last month. They were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. [DNAinfo.com]

Two men were indicted in the slaying of a bouncer at La Casa del Mofongo in Washington Heights. They face murder and manslaughter charges. [DNAinfo.com]

Mallory Montilla, a former publicist accused of stealing $97,000 in loaned jewelry, will remain free on bail because a grand jury has not yet convened. [New York Post]
