MANHATTAN — She played the crimefighter's girlfriend in the "Spider-Man" films, but actress Kirsten Dunst will be in a real-life crime drama Thursday when she testifies against two men accused of robbing her suite at the Soho Grand.

James Jimenez, 35, and Jarrod Beinerman, 34, stand accused of breaking into Dunst's hotel room in 2007 and stealing a $13,000 Balenciaga hand bag and a $2,500 Marc Jacobs purse, among other items.

If convicted, Jimenez faces 15 years in prison. On Wednesday, prosecutors showed video of the two men leaving the hotel with Dunst's belongings.

Beinerman was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to attempted burglary, reports the Daily News.

Dunst, a New Jersey native, was in New York to shoot the film "How to lose Friends and Alienate People" with Simon Pegg and Megan Fox. Pegg was also slated to testify about the theft.

Lawyers defending Jimenez tried to get Dunst's rehab records in an attempt to question her account of events, according to the New York Post. Dunst maintains Jimenez did not have permission to enter her room.

Dunst shot to fame as the child-vampire in "Interview with the Vampire" and starred in the three "Spiderman" films, which are among the highest-grossing films of all time.
