The selected areas will see their speed limits lowered to 20 miles per hour, according to the DOT.

The slow zone will lower the speed limit from 30 mph to 20 mph.

Christopher Adam Tang was arrested after speeding around Manhattan in 24 minutes, cops said.

The neighborhood has a growing pedestrian population, as more residential buildings and hotels move in.

The skeleton only appears when drivers exceed the 30 mph speed limit.

Oluwatoyin Laoye, a NYPD traffic agent, tried to speed off when he got a ticket, prosecutors said.
