More than a dozen calls have beeen placed to the city's 311 system in the past year complaining about problems with the roadway at the intersection of St. Nicholas Avenue and 152nd St.
Water and gas mains broke underneath St. Nicholas Avenue and West 152nd Street in Harlem, creating a massive sinkhole and delaying subway travel, according to the FDNY.
The gaping hole at 150 Vermilyea Ave., which neighbors said had been there for months, was covered with a broken table after a call to the FDNY this morning.
