LIRR canceled 10 morning trains a day after a NJ Transit train derailed in Penn Station, officials said.

LIRR riders should leave before 4 p.m. or after 8 p.m. to avoid delays and cancellations, officials say.

Subway, bus and train service across the area are slowly returning to normal after Tuesday's storm.
