Three 19th-century buildings on Canal Street are finally being fixed, after years of violations.
The 194-year-old building that suffered a partial collapse Wednesday has long sat in disrepair.
Authorities have long been concerned about 502 Canal St.'s deteriorating exterior.
The 191-year-old building at 502 Canal St. is severely deteriorated, the city said.
