LONGWOOD — The getaway driver and possible gunman have been arrested in the murder of a South Bronx teen, police said.

Jose Hart, 19, was killed early in the morning on Nov. 20 after 20-year-old Kayla Moreno, who was angry that Hart had shared a sex tape of the two of them, allowed three men to ransack his apartment in search of his family's recent lawsuit winnings and shoot him, according to the NYPD.

Moreno has been arrested and charged with murder in Hart's death, and police recently arrested 20-year-olds Amanda Tejada and Kevin Robles for the crime as well.

Tejada, who drove the getaway car, was arrested on Wednesday after turning herself in, and Moreno, one of the three men who came into Hart's apartment, was initially picked up for a robbery in front of 163 W. 107th St. in Manhattan on Nov. 21 before officers realized he was a suspect in Hart's murder as well, police said.

Moreno was wearing the same clothes he had on at Hart's apartment when he was arrested for the Manhattan robbery, and police believe he was the person who shot Hart, although they are not certain of this yet, according to the NYPD.

Tejada has no priors, while Moreno has eight on charges including robbery, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Police have identified Andy Encarnacion (left) and Matthew Wulah (right) as suspects in Hart's death who are still at large.

Moreno is accused of orchestrating the robbery of Hart's apartment because she was upset he had shared a sex tape of the two of them, according to police and court documents.

She was hanging out with him in his apartment at 1058 Southern Blvd. on Nov. 20 and let Moreno, Encarnacion and Wulah in as she left just after 3 a.m., who were there to find a $50,000 settlement his mother had recently won from a lawsuit about a car accident, police said.

Moreno intended for the men to just rob Hart, but they told her they shot him after he tried to grab the gun, according to the NYPD and court documents.
