Missing Man With No Legs Has Been Found, Police Say

STAPLETON — A man with no legs who went missing from a Staten Island nursing home has been found, police said.

Sean Dowlings, who was reported missing from the Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Specialty Healthcare at 91 Tompkins Ave., was found in good condition early Wednesday morning, the NYPD said.

Dowlings, who had both of his legs amputated and uses a wheelchair, was reported missing Sunday. He was last seen leaving the nursing home at 7 p.m., police said.

Richmond Center did not respond to a request for comment.
